Responsibilities: Operate CNC Mills and/or Lathes to produce the designated number of accurate parts promptly according to process documentation. This may include operating multiple machines concurrently. Efficiently set up jobs on assigned equipment.
High school diploma REQUIRED.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years of experience in CNC Mill operations or equivalent relevant equipment. Solid comprehension of machining center principles, including the X, Y, and Z axes, as well as edge and centerline pickup. Proficiency in using common measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges (pin, thread, indicator, height), optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM).

Technical school students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply—no prior experience is necessary. Familiarity with basic power tools and hand tools is a plus. Must be comfortable working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
